About the Role:
- Primary SEND teaching position within a KS1 & KS2, where pupils are working at an Early Years developmental level
- Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to each child’s unique needs and interests
- Support pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Collaborate with a skilled team of specialist teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child can thrive
What We’re Looking For:
- A Qualified Primary Teacher with a passion for inclusive education and experience working with children with complex needs
- Confidence in planning and delivering Early Years-focused learning, adapted for students across primary ages
- A calm, patient, and enthusiastic educator who’s ready to embrace a holistic, child-centred approach
- Someone excited about being part of a new school community and contributing to its foundations
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working within a multidisciplinary team
