You can bring the teaching, curriculum and classroom-management experience you've already developed while building specialist expertise in areas such as SEND, SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD and complex needs.
You don't necessarily need previous specialist teaching experience. Many of the schools we work with value strong mainstream teachers and are open to supporting the transition into SEND.
