A special school that are moving to a brand new building for January 2027 are on the hunt for specialist teachers to support with the transition and prepare their learners in this time of change. This school is part of a larger trust that boasts itself on its staff retention, training and pathways into senior leadership.
Being a specialist teacher within this setting you will have a mixed age group of students as they create their classes based on their needs and their learning capabilities, some students may be on a play & sensory based learning curriculum and others could be learning functional skills English & Maths therefore I'm looking to speak to a wide range of Teachers. The student's needs are usually displayed as autism, speech and language needs, cognitive delay, complex needs and some physical disabilities.
