Are you a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism and Complex Needs?
Our school provides a highly structured, nurturing, and autism-specific learning environment for pupils with autism and associated needs. The school combines personalised learning, therapeutic support, sensory-informed practice, and a strong focus on communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
What does a typical day look like?
The day begins with a staff briefing where teachers, therapists, and support staff come together to discuss the day's plans and ensure pupils are set up for success.
