Salary: £90 - £95 per day (Pay As You Earn - PAYE)

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and proactive Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in supporting students with a diverse range of learning and behavioural needs.
About the Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide tailored, person-centred support to students with:

Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
-
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
-
Dysregulation and Emotional Needs
-
Sensory Processing Difficulties
-
Complex Communication Needs
Your role will involve assisting in the delivery of structured and nurturing routines, implementing individual learning plans, using visual supports and sensory strategies, and creating a safe, calm and engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential – training provided)

Patience, adaptability, and a trauma-informed approach

A calm and confident manner when faced with challenging behaviours

A strong team ethic and willingness to learn
