Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives?
Do you have the patience, resilience, and charisma to support secondary pupils with additional needs in reaching their full potential?
We are a purpose-built SEND school in the Mole Valley area, dedicated to supporting secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our students have greater needs than their mainstream peers, and our mission is to help them thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally—by nurturing their unique strengths and interests.
We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, patient, and dynamic Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will be working closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, supporting them in managing challenges and building strategies to overcome barriers to learning.
What We Offer:
-
A supportive and collaborative staff team focused on student wellbeing and progress
-
A safe, joyful, and inspiring learning environment
-
Purpose-built facilities tailored to meet the needs of our pupils
-
Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
-
A rewarding role where you’ll build meaningful, trusting relationships with students and help motivate them to succeed in school and life
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience working with children or young people with ASC, SEMH, or other SEND (desirable but not essential)
-
A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
-
A team player with excellent communication skills
-
Someone who is passionate about inclusion and making a difference
-
A willingness to learn and grow with the role
Whether you’re an experienced educator or looking to start your career in SEND education, if you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to support young people, we’d love to hear from you.
