SEND Teaching Assistant - Ealing
Are you looking for a new role as a SEND Teaching Assistant in Northolt, Ealing? If so, this may be the perfect role for you. Parker Smith Inclusion are working alongside a 'Good' SEND School who are seeking to appoint an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a post-16 class for students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). This will be a full-time, long-term position starting immediately with the opportunity to go permanent upon review. The daily rate will range from £90 to £100 PAYE dependent on your experience.

Supports students with a wide range of SEND, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, communication needs, and physical needs

Rated “Good” by Ofsted in its most recent full inspection

Offers a supportive and nurturing environment, preparing students for adulthood and life beyond school
About the role:

£90 to £100 PAYE per day, dependant on experience

Post-16 class for students aged 16 - 19 years old

Supporting students with SLD on a 1:1 basis

Focusing on developing students life skills and preparing them for adulthood

Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
The ideal candidate:

Available full-time, 5 days a week

Be able to work from 08:30 am to 04:00 pm

Able to support students with SLD and additional needs

Comfortable supporting in activities in the local community during school hours with students

Previous experience supporting students with SEND in a personal or professional setting

Patient and calm with a positive and proactive approach to learning
