We are working in partnership with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants for a September start. Roles are available across mainstream settings with SEND provision, specialist units, and special schools.
This opportunity is ideal for schools seeking reliable, experienced, and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs and contribute positively to inclusive learning environments.
The Role
SEND Teaching Assistants placed through us typically:

Provide tailored classroom and 1:1 support for pupils with SEND

Support pupils with EHCPs across a range of needs

Assist with the delivery of differentiated learning activities

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Support pupils’ social, emotional, and communication development

Work closely with teachers, SENDCOs, and wider support teams
The SEND Teaching Assistants We Recruit

Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school-based or alternative settings)

Demonstrate a calm, consistent approach to behaviour
