SEND Teaching Assistant Year 5 (ADHD Support)

Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate & Ongoing Roles Available
Salary: £90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
We are currently working with a friendly and supportive primary school in North London who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support two Year 5 pupils with ADHD.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential and thrive in a structured learning environment.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to two pupils in Year 5
- Supporting pupils with ADHD to stay focused, engaged, and motivated
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Implementing behaviour and learning support strategies
- Encouraging positive social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children with ADHD or additional needs (preferred)
- Patient, calm, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for education and child development
- Relevant qualifications or school-based experience (desirable)
