SEND Teaching Assistant
Salary: £92 – £95 per day PAYE
Location: Redbridge
Start Date: September | Temp to Perm
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Whether you already have experience in SEND or are looking to begin your career within education, this inclusive and welcoming primary school is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.

From your first day, you will be supported by experienced teachers and senior staff, helping you build confidence and develop your skills within the role.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide both 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and personal care requirements. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to implement tailored support strategies that help pupils reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. Previous experience is welcomed but not essential for the right person with a genuine interest in SEND.
