Parker Smith Inclusion are currently working with a dedicated specialist school and college designed for communication and interaction for pupils with Complex Learning Needs. Across both sites, this provision holds over 100 pupils from ages 4 to 19.
This school strives to ensure the curriculum is tailored to keep pupils 100% engaged with their learning and targets the communication and behavioural needs of the students.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support other staff with activities such as personal care, activities in and outside of the classroom and practicing safeguarding of the young people and pupils.
