SEND Teaching Assistant
Lewisham | Full-Time | Long-Term & Permanent Opportunities
The role of a SEND Teaching Assistant is about far more than supporting learning. You become a trusted adult, a positive role model, and an important part of a child's journey as they navigate challenges and develop the skills needed to thrive.
At Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with a specialist school in Lewisham that supports children and young people with Autism and communication needs.
This is a school where relationships come first. The staff team is welcoming, supportive, and passionate about creating the best possible outcomes for every pupil. Training, collaboration, and staff wellbeing are all genuine priorities.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them to access learning, develop communication skills, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.
Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
No two days are the same, and every day brings opportunities to make a meaningful difference.
