We’re working with a lovely school in Brentwood to find a SEND Teaching Assistant who is patient, consistent and genuinely passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
You might already have experience in SEND, or you may be someone who simply knows that working with children is where you belong. Either way, what matters most is your attitude.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Helping children access learning in their own way.
- Working alongside teachers to adapt activities and resources.
- Supporting pupils with their communication, confidence and independence.
- Building positive relationships that help children feel safe and understood.
