Are you a nurturing and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference to a young persons education?
Well, Parker Smith Inclusion is currently working with a specialist SEND provision within the Harlow area who want YOU to join their welcoming team.
This setting is based around helping their pupils learn in a way that works for them. The support doesn’t stop there, this setting also continuously supports their pupil’s confidence, independence and well-being too.
Within this role, you will supporting young people 1:1 or within small groups while building strong and trusting relationships with pupils. You will also work closely with teachers and support staff to help adapt and alter lessons for individual needs while promoting inclusion and positive peer interactions. And much more!
