Contract: 1–2 terms initially, with potential for long-term/permanent
A warm, inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in the Havering area is seeking an experienced or aspiring SENDCo to join its dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported SEND department with strong structures already in place.
The Role
We are looking for a SENDCo who can provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for SEND provision across the school. This is predominantly a non-teaching role, allowing you to focus fully on inclusion, coordination, and supporting pupils with additional needs.

Willing to increase to 4 or 5 days for the right candidate

No regular class teaching responsibilities

Some involvement in 1:1 or intervention support where relevant

Supported by a dedicated SENDCo Assistant
