A specialist further education college in Tower Hamlets is seeking a highly organised and motivated Senior Administrator to join its small dedicated team. As this is a small team we're looking for a candidate that is adaptable, friendly, flexible, and willing to support across the whole team and college when needed; a real team player! The college supports young adults with special educational needs and disabilities and is committed to helping every learner achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of administrative systems within a supportive and purpose-driven educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage administrative systems and processes within the college.
- Provide outstanding administrative support to staff, students, and stakeholders.
- Act as a welcoming first point of contact with excellent meet and greet skills.
- Maintain efficient office procedures and support the wider college team.
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Support the college’s mission of empowering young adults with special educational needs.
Essential Experience
- Experience managing and operating administrative systems within a school or college setting, ideally in a senior administrative role.
