A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge is looking to appoint SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team. The school benefits from dedicated sensory rooms and excellent outdoor learning spaces, creating a nurturing environment for all pupils.This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 and small group support for children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH. You have the chance to work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored support strategies, promote positive behaviour, and support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Whether you already have experience supporting children with SEND or are looking to take your first step into the classroom, this role would suit someone who is patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
