I specialise in supporting Teachers to secure permanent and long term opportunities within SEND specialist settings in the London Boroughs of Newham, Tower Hamlets & Hackney and I understand it can be daunting if you've been in the same role for a long time and want to make sure the next role you find is the right match and aligns with your core values.
At Parker Smith Inclusion we take the time to understand your experience, give you the knowledge to know what other options could be a great fit for you and support you to get there. We will conduct a video call with you to go through SEND related questions to understand your areas of strength and some areas that you would like to develop further, we'll discuss the names of the schools we work with for you to do your own research and tell us if you think it would be of interest then we can set up an interview!
