As a SEN Teacher, you will deliver personalised and engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of your students. Working alongside skilled Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider professionals, you will create an environment where pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
Class sizes are typically small, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and adapt learning to ensure every student can experience success.
We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

Has experience working with children or young people with SEND, or a strong desire to move into specialist education

Is creative, adaptable, and reflective in their practice

Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
