About the Role
Are you a qualified teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people with a wide range of additional needs?
Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a special needs school, supporting students with:
- Autism
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) & Complex Needs
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)
- General learning difficulties
This is a full-time, long-term role where you will lead engaging lessons, adapt teaching to meet individual needs, and contribute to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every pupil can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND
- Ability to differentiate lessons and provide targeted support across a range of needs
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about making a meaningful impact in a special school setting
