Teach in a Role Where You Can Truly Change Lives
Are you a passionate Special Needs Teacher looking for a role where your teaching can genuinely transform a child’s experience of school?
We are a specialist SEND education agency working with schools across Barnet, supporting pupils with autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and complex learning needs. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teachers who want to make a real difference to pupils who require a more personalised and supportive learning environment.
Many of the pupils you will work with may have experienced barriers to learning in mainstream settings. They need teachers who can create structured, calm, and inclusive classrooms where pupils feel safe, supported, and able to succeed.

- • Teaching pupils with autism, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties
- • Creating structured and engaging learning environments
- • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
- • Monitoring progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs
What We Offer
- • Opportunities to work in specialist SEND schools and provisions across Barnet
- • Competitive daily rates and long-term placements
- • Support from a specialist SEND recruitment team
- • Opportunities to move into permanent teaching roles
- • Access to ongoing SEND and behaviour training

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching pupils with SEND, autism, or SEMH needs
Can create inclusive and structured learning environments
Are calm, patient, and resilient
Can work collaboratively with support staff and SEN professionals
Experience in special schools, alternative provisions, or SEND units is highly desirable.
Why This Role Matters
