Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a specialist provision in Harlow, dedicated to supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a setting that values relationship-based, trauma-informed practice and prioritises inclusion and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or QTLS (unqualified teachers with relevant experience may also be considered)

Have strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, or Science

Demonstrate confident behaviour management within a supportive, nurturing approach

Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people to achieve both academically and emotionally

Have experience (or a strong interest) in working with pupils with SEMH needs or within alternative provision
