Parker Smith Inclusion is a specialist SEN consultancy and I support schools in the East London Boroughs of Newham & Hackney, schools such as; mainstream, PRU, SEMH and special schools supporting a wide range of students with either, autism, speech and language, behaviour, physical disabilities, sensory requirements and complex needs.
As an agency we take the time to speak with you on the phone and then a video interview to really understand your professional and personal experience that brought you to this sector, we find out what type of setting you would like to work in as well as challenge you to see if you could be capable of more and bring new ideas to the table.
We will only speak with you about roles we know you'd be interested in or we think would be a good match due to the relationship and knowledge we have of the school setting and with no daily supply you can guarantee a long term role, consistently going to the same school giving you the ability to build rapport and trust with the students you're supporting.
Offering a SEN Training Hub we can also support you with CPD training courses to give you the confidence to step into your trial day with the best knowledge of special needs.
