Parker Smith Inclusion is proud to be working in partnership with a truly exceptional Special Needs School dedicated to supporting autistic students with a range of communication needs. This welcoming and forward-thinking school is seeking a Band 5+ Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team from September 2025.
About the Role:

Work closely with Autistic students, supporting a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs

Collaborate with a skilled team of therapists, teachers, and support staff

Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions

Provide assessments, reports, and therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
-
Support staff training and contribute to a communication-friendly school environment

Opportunity for progression, supervision, and ongoing CPD
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration (or working towards it by September 2025)

Experience or a strong interest in working with Autistic children and young people

A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive practice

New graduates welcome – Band 5+ depending on experience
