We are working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist SEND school in Hillingdon to recruit a passionate Speech and Language Therapist for a full-time, term-time only permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary therapy team supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans

Deliver individual and group therapy sessions across a diverse caseload

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support assistants to embed communication strategies within the classroom

Provide staff and parent training to build confidence in supporting speech, language, and communication needs

Support whole-school communication development through curriculum input and strategic planning

Maintain detailed and reflective clinical records and produce high-quality written reports
What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc or MSc), with HCPC and RCSLT registration (or in the process of registration)

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, particularly those with autism

A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach to therapy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working

A willingness to engage with evidence-based approaches such as ABA
-
A desire to grow professionally within a school setting and contribute meaningfully to a close-knit, values-driven team
