We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our team across a group of SEND schools based in South East London committed to transforming the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, child-centred environment, where your skills will directly influence students' confidence, communication, and learning journeys.
What will your role involve:

Conducting assessments and delivering tailored 1:1 and group interventions

Supporting EHCP targets and contributing to multi-disciplinary reviews

Collaborating closely with SENCOs, teaching staff, and external professionals

Providing training and strategies to school staff to create communication-friendly classrooms

Championing inclusive practices that empower every student to thrive
