Salary: M1 – M6 (dependant on experience)

Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only

Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are proud to be working in partnership with a dedicated SEMH specialist school within the Harlow area. They are currently seeking a committed SEMH Teacher to join their welcoming team.

This specialist school is built on the factors; kindness, respect, responsibility and safety. This is implemented through both pupil and staff well-being while also providing continuous professional development, making this a genuinely supportive place to work and grow. Within this role, you will have key responsibilities along side being a teacher:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to SEMH pupils across both secondary and primary
  • Use therapeutic and trauma-informed teaching strategies to support access to learning
  • Collaborate with other members of staff to ensure pupil development
  • Contribute and support individual learning and behaviour plans
