Your role
As a Therapeutic Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students aged 11–19 with SEMH needs, including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and trauma-related behaviours

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide consistent, joined-up support

Help students regulate emotions and engage positively with learning

Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage personal growth

Provide support both in lessons and during less structured parts of the day

Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Education, or Social Sciences

Aspiring teachers, therapists, or educational psychologists

Experienced in youth work, care settings, or supporting vulnerable young people

Passionate about trauma-informed and restorative approaches
