This programme is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to SEND recruitment with both classroom and live desk sessions. As you progress you will be given greater autonomy; eventually moving to the role of SEND Consultant, where you will then have the opportunity to earn significant reward for you hard work and specialist knowledge.
