PS iLearn is Parker Smith Inclusion's new 12-month Recruitment Consultant Academy, designed to develop people with the right potential into specialist SEND recruitment consultants.
You'll receive structured classroom training while working alongside experienced consultants in our office, progressing through two key stages, candidate and client. You will learn how to source and interview candidates, build relationships with schools, sell, negotiate, influence and ultimately manage the full recruitment process independently.
We're not looking for a particular CV or degree.
We're looking for curiosity, resilience, ambition, coachability, commercial drive and people who pursue outcomes without needing to be constantly pushed.
Recruitment can be incredibly rewarding, but we'll be upfront, it's also challenging. There are targets, rejection and difficult conversations. Your results are measurable.
In return, your progression and earnings will be too.
