Location: Richmond, South West London
Pay: £95 to £110 per day PAYE
Contract: Full-time, term-time only, temp to perm

This is a growing specialist setting in Richmond that places neurodivergent students at the heart of everything it does. The role
- You will work directly with students with a diagnosis of Autism and SEMH, who have experienced significant barriers in mainstream education, young people who don't need perfection, but who need consistency, empathy, and someone who genuinely believes in them
- Your presence in this environment is not just supportive, it is genuinely transformative
- You will be helping to rewrite the educational story of students who have too often been failed by the system
What you bring
- Experience supporting young people in SEMH, youth work, residential care, or custodial settings
- Understanding of the daily challenges facing young people from disadvantaged backgrounds
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed, in education and beyond it
- A calm, grounded, and resilient approach, especially when situations are challenging
