Why consider this role?
The biggest progress in SEMH is not always academic.
Sometimes it is a pupil staying in a lesson for longer, asking for help instead of walking out or beginning to trust that an adult will still be there tomorrow.
If that kind of work motivates you, this could be an excellent next step.
Pay: £95–£110 per day, depending on experience.
