Have you always been the person people turn to for patience, understanding, or encouragement?
Do you notice the small things others might miss, a flicker of frustration, a change in body language, or a quiet moment that says more than words?
If so, this could be so much more than just your first job after university.
We are working with an inspiring specialist school in Camden that supports children and young people aged 4 -11 with Autism and ADHD. This is a place where learning goes far beyond the classroom, where you will help students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills in everyday environments such as cafés, parks, and supermarkets.
You will also play a vital role in supporting pupils’ wellbeing, joining hydrotherapy sessions, assisting with communication and sensory activities, and providing personal care when needed. It’s hands-on, meaningful work that requires empathy, patience, and a genuine belief that every child deserves dignity and joy in their learning journey.
