The Role:

Full-time, permanent position teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially some KS5 in the future)

Deliver a creative, differentiated English curriculum that meets the needs of students with diverse learning profiles

Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, behaviour specialists, and support staff

Contribute to shaping the curriculum and ethos of a brand new school
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is welcomed but not essential

Unqualified teachers will be considered, but must have extensive experience working with students with SEND, particularly SEMH and Autism

A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and a commitment to inclusive education

Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by the belief that all children can thrive with the right support
