Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a specialist setting in Great Baddow looking for an Unqualified Primary Teacher to join the team from November.
This could suit an experienced HLTA, SEND Teaching Assistant or education professional looking to take on more responsibility and develop their teaching experience.
About the Role
You’ll support and deliver learning for primary-aged pupils, working alongside experienced teachers and the wider support team.
Your role will include:

Planning and delivering engaging activities.

Supporting pupils with additional needs.

Adapting learning to individual abilities.

Building positive relationships with pupils.
-
Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation.
-
Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.

Working closely with teachers and other professionals.
About You
QTS isn't required for this position, but you should have strong experience working with children and a genuine interest in teaching.
This could be a great next step for an experienced HLTA or SEND TA who wants to move towards teaching.
Experience with SEND or SEMH would be beneficial, as would a relevant education or childcare background.
You’ll need to be patient, confident and able to create a positive learning environment.
