This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong SEN experience to step into a teaching position, supported by a dedicated team that includes four experienced Teaching Assistants and a collaborative SEN department. • Mixed-age group: Year 1 to Year 4

  • A calm, structured, and consistent approach to classroom management

  • A commitment to inclusive education and to supporting the reintegration of pupils into mainstream learning

  • A proactive, reflective attitude and a willingness to learn

  • A supportive, well-resourced SEN provision

  • Daily support from four experienced Teaching Assistants

  • Access to ongoing SEN training and professional development
