The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND in the classroom

  • Supporting emotional regulation, focus, and engagement
  • Assisting learning across the curriculum
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Providing reassurance, structure, and consistency
  • Supporting pupils during transitions and unstructured times

This role requires patience, emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in inclusive education and child development.
