Do you have a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs? Are you looking for a meaningful role in education where every day is different and every achievement—big or small—matters?

We are working with a number of fantastic SEND schools across Fulham and Hounslow who are looking for Unqualified Teachers to join their teams. This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who is passionate about inclusion and eager to start their teaching journey in the SEND sector.

About the Role
As an Unqualified SEND Teacher, you will support students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You’ll deliver creative, engaging lessons alongside experienced teachers and teaching assistants and use innovative, child-centred approaches to help each student reach their potential. You will work closely with therapists and inclusion teams to provide holistic support. You’ll be fully supported by experienced staff and will receive ongoing training and mentoring to help you progress in your teaching career.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for working with children and young people with SEND

  • Confidence, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience working in a school, youth work, or care setting is a bonus—but not essential

Why This Role?

  • Opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term career in SEND education

  • Supportive, inclusive schools with excellent training and development

  • Potential pathway to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or SEND-specific qualifications

  • Be part of a team that genuinely values compassion, creativity, and inclusion

If you’re ready to take the first step into a rewarding teaching career and make a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you
