We’re working with a friendly, well-regarded mainstream primary school looking for a full-time LSA to support a Year 1 pupil with SEND. It’s a bright, colourful school with a lovely atmosphere, a strong reputation and excellent opportunities for CPD.
You’ll be part of the school day, helping a young child get the most out of their learning, build confidence and feel settled in the classroom. It’s a chance to gain meaningful, hands-on SEND experience in a school where you’ll have the support to learn and develop, too.
This role would suit someone starting out in education or looking to build on experience in childcare, support work or a similar setting. You don’t need to know everything already; patience, consistency and a willingness to learn are a great place to start.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 15:30pm

Contract: Temp-to-perm, with the opportunity to go permanent after 24 working weeks
